What if I'm not happy with the matched cleaner?
Tell us. We re-match free, same day where possible. The cleaner that flaked gets a strike on their platform record. Three strikes = removal.
How fast is the match?
Within the hour during business hours (Mon–Sat 8am–5pm). After hours: usually before 9am the next business day.
Do I get to choose the cleaner?
