What we look for
We say no to about 60% of applicants. The bar's deliberately high — see the vetting process page for the full 6-point check. Quick version:
- ✅ ABN active ≥12 months under the current trading name
- ✅ Public liability insurance ≥$5m, valid for the trade you do
- ✅ Google Business Profile rating ≥4.5★ over ≥20 reviews
- ✅ Photo portfolio of recent work (last 6 months) in your trade
- ✅ Response within an hour to our test inquiry
- ✅ No major fair-trading or VCAT decisions in the last 5 years

We expand in 10-suburb waves every 4-8 weeks. If you cover a suburb we don't yet, mention it in your application — we sometimes accelerate expansion when a strong tradie wants in.
What you get on day one

What we ask of you
- Respond to matched leads within an hour during business hours
- Quote in the standard platform format — fixed price, materials + labour itemised, written workmanship guarantee, before/after photos on completion
- Maintain your ≥4.5★ rating + insurance currency during your time on the platform
- Pay the monthly subscription on time (set rate, no surprises — current rate disclosed during application)
- Respond honestly when we re-vet quarterly or follow up on customer feedback
How to apply

- Your business name + ABN
- The trade(s) you want to apply for
- The suburbs you cover
- Your Google Business Profile URL
- Your insurance broker + policy number (we'll request the certificate after the first call)
- Your sample portfolio (we'll ask for the full 8+ photos after the first call)
We'll call back within the hour during business hours to walk through the next steps. The full vetting process takes 5-10 business days.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the monthly fee?
Disclosed during application, after we've confirmed you meet the basic vetting bar (so we're not wasting your time if you wouldn't pass). It's a flat rate per trade + per suburb you cover. No per-lead fees.
Can I trial it for a month?
Yes. 30-day money-back if you decide it's not for you. We honor it — no friction.
Do I get exclusive matches?
For very specialised trades or remote suburbs, yes. For high-volume trades (lawn mowing, handyman) we round-robin matches across the vetted pool for fairness.
What happens if a customer is unhappy with my work?
We chase you for a response and a fix first. If it's a workmanship issue inside your warranty window, you fix it. If the customer's being unreasonable, we'll back you — we've sent vetted-pool tradies to push back on overdemand before.
Can I list under multiple trades?
Yes, if you have demonstrated experience in each. We vet each trade separately though (photo portfolio for each).
Can I list in multiple suburbs?
Yes, but realistically: list the suburbs you actually serve quickly. A 90-minute drive to a lawn mowing job is unprofitable for you AND for the customer.
Do you take a cut of my quotes?
No. Subscription only. The customer pays you direct.
What happens if my rating drops below 4.5★?
You get a written warning + 90 days to recover. If you don't, your listing pauses. We're not trying to catch people out — we'll tell you exactly what reviews are pulling it down and suggest specific things to address.
