How it works (in one paragraph)

You tell us the suburb + the trade + a sentence about the job (plus a photo if it helps). We pick the tradie on our platform with the highest rating, the fastest typical callback, and the closest physical proximity to your address. We make the introduction. The tradie calls or messages you, gives you a real quote, books a time. We track the job through to completion and follow up to make sure it actually happened.

Why no phone number?

Because every time we publish a phone number, half the calls are tradies wanting to join the platform and the other half are spam. The form filters both out automatically, so the line stays clear for real customer requests.

If you've got something genuinely urgent (animal in roof, leaking gutter mid-storm, broken lock), tick the EMERGENCY option in the form and it jumps to the top of the queue.

What happens after you submit

1. Within 5 minutes — your request lands in our matching dashboard.
2. Within the hour (business hours) — we've identified the right tradie and made the introduction. You get a text or email with their name, photo, rating, and a quick note.
3. Within 24 hours — the matched tradie has contacted you with a real quote.
4. Within the week (most cases) — job done.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this free for customers?

Yes. 100%. We're paid by tradies on a monthly platform-fee basis, not a per-job cut. So your quote from the matched tradie is the same as it would be if you'd found them directly.

Can I choose the tradie myself?

The system picks the best fit by default. If you want to be matched to a specific person on the platform, name them in the form and we'll route it to them directly. If they're not available we'll let you know within the hour.

What if I don't like the matched tradie?

Tell us. We re-match free, same day where possible. The tradie that flaked gets a strike against their platform record.

Can I get matched outside business hours?

The form takes submissions 24/7. Active matching runs Mon–Sat 8am–5pm. Submit after-hours and the match is queued for the next business morning, usually before 9am.
