Using Services Victoria is free for customers. We're paid by the tradies on the platform via a monthly subscription, not a per-job cut. So the quote you get from the matched tradie is the same as you'd get from them direct.
The numbers below are platform-wide floor rates — the lowest our vetted tradies have quoted across hundreds of past jobs. The matched tradie sets the actual number for your specific job during their callback.

What's in every quote a matched tradie sends you
All vetted tradies on the platform agree to quote in the same format:
- Materials + labour itemised
- Site clean-up included
- Photo proof before/after texted on completion
- Written workmanship guarantee from the tradie (minimum 14 days — most offer longer)
- Public liability cover (every tradie's certificate of currency is on their platform profile)
If a tradie tries to bill you outside this format, tell us — they lose their platform listing.
Why "from" rates and not fixed?
Because no two driveways, lawns, gutters or end-of-lease jobs are the same. A "lawn mowing from $45" job in Footscray on a 250m² courtyard ≠ a "lawn mowing from $45" job in Point Cook on a 900m² block. The matched tradie sees your specific request, asks the right follow-up questions, then gives a fixed number for YOUR job.
The "from" rate is the floor — it's the lowest any of our vetted tradies will quote.
Weekend rates
Saturday standard across the platform. Sunday by request, +25% standard. Same crew, same quality.
How tradies are paid
By you, direct, after the job. Card (Square reader, usually), bank transfer (24-48h), or invoice (30-day terms for agency accounts). We never touch the payment between you and the tradie.
How we're paid
Tradies pay us a flat monthly platform fee. We don't take a cut of any individual job. Our incentive is to send tradies high-quality leads and keep customers happy — not to extract the maximum % per transaction.
How to get a real number for your job
Submit the form with a sentence + a photo. We match you to the right tradie. They quote within 24 hours, usually faster.
